Wow, that is really bad. Listen sir, what would clear that case up would be a handfull of dog shit. No kidding, doggie droppings will clear up poison oak, sumac, and ivy within a day or two. Its gross, but slather it on your arms, let it sit for 10-20 minutes before showering, and it drains the poisonous oil from the skin. Give it a shot.
